CARWILE, from Clay County Alabama (1915 and earlier)

My great-grandmother passed away yesterday, her maiden name was Carwile and she was born in Clay County Alabama in 1915. Her parents were Norman Carwile and Maude Carpenter Carwile. My great-grandma was born Zadie Carwile, she is of Cherokee Indian heritage.
This is the beginning of my search for family. I know my great-grandmother has a sister who still lives in Alamaba and we are in contact with her. As for her parents, my great-great grandparents, I know nothing else about. If you know anything about my family I'd love to hear it.
