As of today there isn't a CASHION DNA project and I think we should get one started!

FamilyTreeDNA is offering us a wonderful deal!

I've participated in the DNA study of my maiden name, CAMPBELL, by sponsoring my cousin's test. The results have given us a new perspective as to where our CAMPBELL family was before North Carolina, where our "homeland" really is and we have also linked with other CAMPBELL's.

My husband has also been tested for his HARDING surname - in fact, he was first tested six years ago as part of the Oxford Ancestor's project.
So far, he is the only HARDING of his line. (His surname is TAYLOR but it was changed from HARDING by my father-in-law to honor the family who raised him.)

Personally, I have had the mtDNA tests done and am hopeful that as more are tested, I'll have more answers here.

I am in the process of beginning this CASHION DNA project and we need volunteers - male members of the CASHION/CASHON/CASHIN family to participate.

I'll be posting more information in a few days but in the meantime, think about participating!
