Cashion Family Genealogy Forum

I am researching my ancestor, Burwell/Burrell Cashion, a Revolutionary War soldier who was born in Chesterfield County, VA and died in Mecklenburg County, NC. I am trying to track down how the name Burwell came into the Cashion family. Frequently sons were named after grandfathers or the mother's family, so I am hoping that someone on this forum might know of an 18th-century link with the Burwell family of Virginia. My ancestor was born on February 18, 1758, the son of James Cashion (b. 1715)and Ann Parkinson; grandson of James Cashon (born about 1698) and Sarah. I do not know Sarah's maiden name nor the maiden name of his great-grandmother Margaret, who married Thomas Cason (d. 1737). Any light you could shed on this mystery would be greatly appreciated.
