Thank you RL. There seems to be some confusion as to James Sr.'s heritage. Some think he was the son of Jean Casin a hugeonot but I can't find any proof of that. There is a Bible record which says Pleasant Jackson Cashon the great grandson of James was Irish.
I would like to have your line as I didn't know James had a James, I thought he just had Joel and Burwell. We are talking the James who was married to Ann Parkenson? Right?
