I came across a book titled "High on a Windy HIll" copyright 1968 by Mrs. Catherine S. McConnell, The King Printing Company, Bristol, TN that has many Kestner burials listed. The cemeteries listed in the book are located in Washington County, VA. I am posting several here in the event someone might be looking for these particular people. If you find someone in this list of burials whose descendants moved from Washington County, VA and may have subsequently changed the name to CASNER, I would like to hear from you - perhaps your line is connected to my line.
