What became of this James 'Jim' CASNER/CARSNER of Pacific Northwest

I am endeavoring to locate information on James A. 'Jim' CARSNER (often spelled CASNER). He is one of twelve sons of Henry Casner and Jincy Jane Fields Casner.

He was born 12-1839 MO and died sometime after June 1890. He migrated from MO/IA in 1852 to OR with his mother and ten of his siblings (his father died in 1847 in IA). He first married Clementine Hayworth on 5-19-1858 in Linn Co., OR. His second marriage was to Sarah R. Olney on 12-1-1883 in Grant Co., OR. He is found on the 1890 Utamilla County, OR Veterans Census.

What became of his two wives? Did he have children? What became of any children? When and where did he die?
