I obtained a copy of the following death notice that appeared in the San Franciso Call newspaper in 1894. He is not of my line. I am posting it here in the event someone might be looking for this information. This is all I have on this particular line.
"CASNER--In this city, December 28, 1894, Jonas, beloved husband of Pauline Casner, and father of Harry, Gussie, Samuel, and Marcus Casner and Mrs. Charles Klinger, a native of Krakau, Austria, aged 63 years 8 months and 13 days.
Friends and acquaintances are respectrully invited to attend the funeral THIS DAY (Sunday), at 10 o'clock a.m. at his late residence, 935 Golden Gate avenue. Interment New Salem Cemetery by 11:45 o'clock a.m. train. Please omit flowers."
