Liz,
I have found a few Levi Casners in my searches but have been unable to link them. I have a Levi L Casner that fought with Cameron's Highlanders 65th Illinois Infantry - Union Co D. Lists residence as Kewanee. He mustered 3-15-1862 and was Disch 10-15-1862 disabled. I found another that died 4-11-1864 and is buried at Rock Island Confederate Cemetary lists him as fighting with the 38th NC REGT CO E, Comfederate POW. There is also a Levi Casner listed in the 1850 census for Mercer County PA, Delaware Twp. I hope some of this may help you and I appreciate your help. Tracey
