MARRIAGES IN GREENE COUNTY, MO 1850s
Posted by: Liz Freeman (ID *****2827) Date: August 27, 2004 at 12:41:13
  of 818

I came across the following two marriage records from a Greene County, MO marriage record book.

Green County, MO Marriage Records, Book A, 1833 - 1854

John Bench (Bunch) married to Sarah CARSNER on 2-7-1850
Munsey Wilkerson to Lucy F. CARSNER on 5-8-1851.

Can anyone identify these people? Were the two Carsner ladies sisters? Who were their parents? Did they have brothers/sisters?

Could the last name of the two ladies actually be CASNER rather than CARSNER since the name is often spelled both ways?

I would like to identify these two ladies to see if they might be of my CASNER/CARSNER line that arrived in MO in 1818 as I have several ladies of that line that I have been unsuccessful in identifying them by name, birthdate, or who they married.
