The John Kestner/Casnor (husband of Mary) and father of Henry, Leonard, and Jonas is the line that I'm tracking. I have no information on what became of John and his wife Mary. Do you?

Both Jonas and Leonard after marrying in Washington Co., VA in July 1801 migrated thru KY and TN into MO arriving there in 1818. I have found them on the early tax lists in MO, court records, deeds, etc..

I haven't spent any time searching for Henry the brother to Jonas and Leonard. Do you know what became of him?

The line of Jonas is my line. There are tons of them in MO/KS/AR - they multiply like rabits. One of the sons of Jonas is actually my line (named Henry); marrying in MO in 1822, moving into IA in 1840s; then into OR in 1852, then to AZ in 1875. Descendnats are all over the place and spell the name Casner, Carsner, and Carsoner.

Sure would like to get back East some time to do some research on this line. Most of my research has been done 'long distance' with libraries, courthouses, historical/genealogical socities, etc.
