Hi Judy, I have just been looking back into our Casner Genealogy. I noticed an inquiry posted by our grandson Matheau in November of 2004. That has been quite awhile.
Our Casner line did come over directly from Germany. I do not know where in Germany, just that our John Casner landed in this country from Germany, and had with him one son Adam. I do have the genealogy from this John and Adam and their descendants on down to us and ours.
It's been so long since you and Matheau's posting, that you many not be notified of this.
I do wish I had more on John coming from Germany. No wife is listed, or siblings for John, and no siblings for Adam, nor if John had any other marriages after he got to this country.
