Elijah Cassel/Castle 1700's

I am hoping someone can help me with any Elijah Castle or Cassel that may have lived in PA in the late 1700's. My great-great grandfather was named Cassel Elijah McCoy. I have no clue where his name derives from, but I suspicion the "Cassel" may have been the maiden name of his paternal grandmother. I know only that her first name was Martha, and that she was born in PA in 1778. She married Alexander McCoy in about 1798, probably in PA. I have seen that there was an Elijah Cassel that was descended from Jacob Cassel and Sowege (or another of Jacob's wives), but they seemed to be located in VA. Does anyone know of an Elijah Cassel/Castle that was in PA? Any help greatly appreciated.
