Cathcart of Ballymena, CO Antrim Ireland

We have a Dorothea McMullan b.1857 and who married Thomas Cathcart, they were of Ballymena, Co Antrim. Dorothea married, if the same person we are seeking, after 1876.

My direct line, the "William Graham" family comes from the area of Broughshane...about 2 or so miles from Ballymena. On the Creevamoy (sometimes spelled Craigamoy) Townland, outside the Village of Broughshane lived my family. On September 20, 1876 my William Graham died, he was born circa 1795 in same location. On his death record was the mark of Dorothea McMullan as a witness to his we are trying to understand who she was to our William Graham... could she have been his Granddaughter?

Wm married 1st Mary Moffatt who died before 1847. William then married 2nd Sarah "Sally" Morton, d/o David Morton. Sally, his wife, at the time of William's death in 1876, was still living.

Might anyone know of this particular Cathcart line...Dorothea McMullan, wife of Thomas Cathcart? If so, might anyone know Dorothea's father and/or mothers names..hopefully her mother's maiden name?

Thank you in advance for any help!

Kindest regards,
Michelle A. Burke
