Hello all, I am tracing my family tree and have come across the Cathcart name. The info I have so far is:Head Robert Cathcart b.1852 where i have no odea, married a woman called Maggie, had children calledrobert fredk william annie irvin and Isabella.Isabella married a man called Francis Bailey and they had children one was my grandmother, and then drops down to my mother and me.What I am interested in is finding out if any one knows if these names appear in your own trees, and where robert would have come from, Scotland is listed on his birth registry but Scotlands a big place!!! where did the Cathcarts originate from?If we could all go back far enough are we all related to one family? Was there a divide as there are irish connection in my family to Antrim in belfast. Thanks for any info. Andrew
