Dear Barbara, I have been away from home for about a week and came home to find your E-mail. No, I haven't had any connection to the DNA thing yet. I will be 82 next month and have a hard time keeping up but since you are looking for information on Samuel Cathcart, we may be from the same Samuel. I don't know where mine came from in Ireland but he was born around 1745 and landed in the Colonies in Charles Town in1768. If you are from this Samuel I would like to correspond with you more. I think I have had messages from you in the past but my husband got very ill and passed away and I sorta got lost out for awhile on genealogy. I have a lot of informaton on James Cathcart, son of Samuel and his brother John, then I have gathered a lot on the girls all except Martha, but I think she could still be found. If you can help me or I help you, let me know. Annabelle
