Newman Cave of Rockingham County
Found proof that Newman Cave of East Rockingham County was a brother of Elizabeth Cave-Offenbacker of Page County.

DEATH
Mrs. Elizabeth Offenbacker, mother of our townsman, Esquire Thomas M. Offenbacker, died at her home near Alma, this county, last Monday evening, and was buried at Graves Chapel on Wednesday by the side of her husband, who died many years. She was in the 76th year of her age. Rev. W.J. Whitesell preached her funeral to a large concourse of relatives and friends. She had been a member of the Methodist church for about sixty years.
Mr. Newman Cave, of Elkton, Va., attended the funeral of his sister, Mrs. Offenbacker, last week.
