thanks, Sherrie. I have since discovered that the spelling for my grandmother may have been Ceck. Here's what I have discovered: My great grandparents were Frank and Anna Ceck. When my grandmother Barbara Ann was born, they lived in Iowa City. Frank was from Prague, born 1837, died 1915. Barbara was born in Iowa City(3/13/83, d., 1959)she had a brother Frank, sister Ann, sister Carol. They later moved to Cedar Rapids, and the parents are said to be buried in the Czech national Cemetery there. Thank you for taking time to respond....
