Hello, I am too a Ceja from Guaracha, Michoacan, also linked to the Manzo name. the only thing I know about the origins of the Ceja Last Name, is that
comes from Irish and at first was written with an X like
"Xeha" something like that. This I know because my aunt tell me that her grandmother tell her that there was an Irish guy that came to Guarachalong time ago, and had many kids.I have my doubts about it but then again it looks very possible. Also something intresting is that
there is a Irish pub restaurant kind of famous which is
called "Xel ha" like the water theme park in cancun.Something else, on an Irish last name database I found out the irish name "ceja" as one of an Italian ascend that had a Coat of Arms: A silver shield with a red lion holding a red rose.In the end i stick with Ceja being Irish-Italian.
