RED BAY, Ala. - James Carlton Demonia, 38, died Jan. 27, 2009, at the Red Bay Hospital. He was born March 30, 1970, in Rome, Ga., to Willis "Wormy" and Mildred White Demonia. He was an employee of Sunshine Mills and a member of Unity Baptist Church in Silver Creek, Ga. Services were at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with burial in Red Bay City Cemetery. Survivors included his wife, Kristi Harris Demonia of Red Bay; two sisters, Tammy Thompson (Dan) of Rome, Ga., and Darlene Vaughn (Timmon) of Silver Creek, Ga.; one brother, David Demonia (Carolyn) of Lindale, Ga.; his father, Willis "Wormy" Demonia of Silver Creek, Ga.; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jimmie and Vicki Oliver of Golden; and his grandparents-in-law, Dorvan and Bertha Gober of Red Bay, and Geneva Oliver of Golden. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Demonia.
