The sited info is incorrect. Orval Toye was my grandfather (step-grandfather), my father, Clay's, step-father. Orval Toye b: Dec 16, 1906, Native of Arkansas. d: Sep 22, 1993 in Concord, CA. Obituary has survived by Phyllis Toye, Lorene Todd, Clay Toye and Daughter Eula Kreiger of Orangevale. Orval married Phyllis after LaVirgie died. They lived in Concord. I used to go there all the time with my parents and they would play dominoes. (La)Vergie Mary Charlotte Toye (IVEY Whiteaker) died March 30, 1967 when I was 3 years old.
