Lois: I don't know if my relative is related to yours, but possibly since she (my greatgrandmother) came from Luxembourg also. Her name was Margaret Boltz and she was born Feb. 12, 1847. She came over with her husband Peter Rassel. Her daughter (my grandmother)used to write to a cousin in Nenzel, Cherry county Nebraska about 100 miles west of Verdel where your relatives lived. Two men, Mathias and Michel Boltz homesteaded there in 1908 and 1912. Margaret was born in Boulder (possibly mispelled?) Luxembourg. Maybe this will mean nothing.
