The information I have on your g-grandmother Bessie Brogden is that she was the sister to Joseph Eddie Brogden and George Brogden. I have some information of these 2 brother's lines. She probably had other peers but I don't know of them. Would like to know about Bessie's line if you care to share it. I don't know Thomas' parents or his peers. Nor do I know the parents of Phebe Pierce, except that her mother's name was Ann. Phebe has a sister, Zilphia, that married a Musgrave. Thomas Brogden died intestat, leaving 4 children: Pierce, Nathan, Matthew and Edna Brogden (see Wayne Co. NC court papers of estate settlement and Wayne Co. deed 11:98 dividing land between these 3 sons and their mother Phebe). What is the source of your information that Thomas had a brother named Nathan?
