A booklet "The Land Records of Prince George's Co., MD - 1702-1709" by Elise Greenup Jourdan, has an item about this man. An indenture dated 30 Apr 1706 - "To: Humphry Beckett, planter of Prince George's County, for 3,000 pounds of tobacco a 31 acre portion of 'First Purchase,' part of a tract of land called 'Cattail Meadows,' part of a parcel laid out for Richard Brodgen; bounded by land laid out for Robert Tyler." There is further information if anyone needs it. There are no other listings of this surname in the booklet.
