I have been searching for many months for a Walter Canterbury (my great grandfather). I finally found something promising on the Census for 1910 Mingo Cty, West Virginia. It lists an Ezekiel(80)(Uncle) and a Walter Canterbury(8)(Nephew) living with Joel and Mary Jarrell. I believe this Walter Canterbury is my great grandfather. I have come to the conclusion that Mary (Canterbury) Jarrell was Joseph's daughter? And the Ezekiel living with her the brother of Joseph (her father). I understand Walter Canterbury to be her nephew. . .but who is Walter's father? It would obviously have to be one of Ezekiel and Rachel's sons to make it Mary's nephew? Am I correct? It would make since if Walter was Ezekiel's (the one also living with Mary) son, but he is 80 years old and Walter is only 8 years old??? If anyone can give me "ANY" information on this Walter Canterbury or who his parents were I would be so grateful. Thanks so much.
