Terri, I believe the Beatrice Coldiron you are referring to in the 1900 Lee County, VA census is Beatrice, daughter of Lewis C. Coldiron and Sarah (Sally) J. Wells. I have this family in my Coldiron database, and this is the only Beatrice Coldiron I'm aware of that was in Lee County at this time. If this is your Beatrice, here's a short summary of the information I have on her and her family:

Beatrice was b. 15 Aug 1894 in Lee County, VA. She married a DORTON (no other information about him known). I have no children listed for them.

I believe Lewis C. Coldiron was also called "Cass" and perhaps that was his middle name. In discussing this family with one of his granddaughters, she remembers him as "Cass." I checked my 1900 Lee Co. census and noted that his name was not properly given in the census. (I have his name Lewis in parenthesis, a practice I use when the name of the person is known but is not included or misspelled in the census.)

Lewis and Sarah had eight (8) children: Martha J., Mary, Sarah, John P., Beatrice, Nellie, Carlis R., and Gladys Victoria. I have birth dates and places for all of them, and subsequent marriage and family information for some. There was possibly another child, Dora J. who died at age 3. Catron's death records say she was a d/o L.C. and Sarah Coldiron.

IF you believe this family is your Beatrice's family, I can give you additional information about Beatrice's ancestors back to the 1600's in Germany. Beatrice was a sixth generation Coldiron in America. Her g-g-g-grandfather Johan Georg Kalteisen (George Coldiron) came to America in 1750 from Germany. Also, if this is your Beatrice, I would like to work with you to record more information about her family and descendant families. Please contact me directly via e-mail if you wish.
