I don't see where anyone has answered your question on where to aquire this wonderful book. It was reprinted by Jean (Colgrove) and her husband Ramsey Thiel. The last I knew it was $25. postage paid for the paperback and a few Leather bound for $40. If I have any complaint, it is that it is rather poorly bound. Other than that it is a wonderful book.
