Samuel Edney was a brother to my ggggrandfather Asa Edney, Rev. My Grandmother was Lillie Mae Edney. I know the area well, having grown up there and returning often with a house in Hendersonville. I have a lot of pictures of markers in cemeterys where the Edneys are buried. Thanks to other Edney Genealogist and my own data I have a good deal of information on this family.
