The Erret family connects with a branch of mine through the marriage of Henry Erret to Catherine Fox. Their descendants, such as I know them through census data and Rev. Ruff's German Church Records of Western PA 1792-1804, Volume II, are as follows: Henry Erret (b 12 Mar 1781 Westmoreland County, PA) m Catherine Fox (b 1785 PA) Their children: --Elizabeth Erret (b 29 Dec 1802 Westmoreland Co PA) --Anna Maria Erret (b 31 Dec 1803 PA) --Susanna Erret (b 26 May 1809 PA) --Jno Erret (1813 PA) Jno Erret married Nancy (b 1811 PA). Their children: --Daniel Erret (b 1836 OH) --Jonathan Erret (b 1840 OH) --Susanna Erret (b 1842 OH) --William Erret (b 1845 OH) --Isaiah Erret (b 1847 OH) m Ellen (b 1856 OH); children Hattie Erret (b 1875 OH) and Minnie Erret (b 1878 OH) --Jerramiah Erret (b 1851 OH, aka Jerry) m Lida (b 1856 OH); children Chalmer Erret (b 1872 OH) and Nelly Erret (b 1875 OH) --Nancy Erret (b 1854 OH) I know that Henry Erret was a United Brethern clergy who moved to Ohio probably by 1830 from Westmoreland County.
