As you see my surname is Kottal and when I "google" that name, it keeps showing up on Estonian web sites, but not written with a capital "K", only "kottal". Then I was just wondering what it means. Can anyone help me? Here is an example of how it is used: "Üts oll Tsütsinä veski, oll sääl otsani mii' külä kottal, a tõõnõ oll, Korela veski' oll Korela külä kottal.
