I am researching the provenance of a "Margaret Gebhardt" portrait by the renowned 19th century German artist Freidrich Paul Thumann and wonder if the sitter is related to any of the Gebhardt(s) here? According to the label at the back of the portrait, the "Margaret Gebhardt" was the daughter of the magazine tycoon Ernst Keil (1816-1878).
