Hi, I have an Ann(e) Glynn, born about 1832 at Gort, to Patrick and Mary Glynn. She was a famine orphan by 1848 and was lucky to be sent with 8 others from the worknhuse in Gort, in a group of 190 approx famine orphans on the St Thomas Arbuthnot to Sydney. And 120 or so went to the Southern Highlands of NSW, Yass, Gubdagai,umut... and jobs were got for them to work in houses on farms mostly. I have no knowledge of any relatives, but the Mary Anne little girl could have been born to my Anne's brother, if she had one, and named after the dead mum and lost sister...let me know if you find anything.
