Seeking father's name for: Frank Harley Harkins, 31 May 1906 - 1952. He was probably born in White Co., GA. He died in Hiawassee, Towns Co., GA. 1930 Census shows him at age 24, in White Co., GA with his widowed mother, Mary (born about 1872 in GA). Also in the home is a brother Charlie, born about 1912. He married Marilu Nix, (1909 - 1996, of White Co., GA). I cannot find ANY hint of this family before the 1930 Census. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have vast amounts of info to share on the Harkins and Nix lines.
