I only have one child of the 12 children mentioned here of James Holland Hedgespeth and Jamima Davis. His name is Henry Morgan Hedgespeth, b. 23 Mar 1863. This "gap" could be the reason for not being able to connect these later generations. Perhaps you could e-mail me privately the rest of these children's names.
