Very helpful confirmations. Thanks. I didn't realize that my 3 gr. grandfather and his brother had married sisters. No wonder I remember the Vandevender name mentioned so much as a child when I listened to the adults rocking on the porch of my Grandfather McArthur's house in Preston, Ms.! Melba
