Thanks for the info. I can say for sure that Andreas Killian was Lutheran. Baptismal records for his 3 oldest children have been located in the Lutheran Church in Erzberg Germany. My own Lutheran roots are clearly traced to Killians. Perhaps it is reasonable to assume that when Jean/Jane Killian married William Lawing, they were both influenced by the existence of nearby Hopewell Presbyterian....
