If it is the same one that I am thinking of, I just walked in. It is my understanding that NO ONE can deny access to ANY cemetery, private or not, and that law requires an access, a right-of-way even across private property to any cemetery. Even with our Farr family cemetery in Wainfleet, there are a few who have been upset for others going in, including family, but if there is no damage being done, then why get bent. I have found at times that those looking after a cemetery, seem to "feel" ownership because of that, but it still shouldn't make it theirs alone. By the way, Falsetti shows up as surname in D Robson's genealogy web page, which also includes Farr's.
