Based on the obituary posted by Stu (thank you Stu!), one can clearly see that this link, below, on "USA People Search," refers to the same Richard Blair Madsen: http://www.usa-people-search.com/Find-Richard-Madsen-Portland-OR.aspx Richard was also known as R. B. Madsen. He lived in Seattle, Washington; and in the state of Oregon in the cities of Florence, Scappoose, Milwaukee, and Portland. Note wife Lucille Joy has a different surname here (in the link) than the one given in the obituary. Facebook could be a way to connect with survivors if that is your wish/ your mother's wish.
