Elizabeth. I have a book called... Worcester County Marriage Licenses, 1795-1865, by Mary Beth and Venssa Long, Family Line Publications, 1990. Please note that this date may not be the actual marriage date, but it is the date they applied for a license. Many times the date is both. Howard Blair Page 119. Nancy C. Pepper m. Stephen T.
