there is an obit for "lewis morgan" and an 1898 one for henry morgan, aged abt 60, feb 26, 1898, suddenly, of heart disease.says he was a veteran of the late war, left a wife and nine children. 1890 census shows he was in infantry try st patricks, chateaugay for records, joseph morgan buried from there.

Philip J. Morgan died at the
Alice Hyde Hospital, Malone, on
Saturday, August 31st, at 7:10
P. M„ where he had been a patient
for two weeks. The deceased
had been ill for a long
time and suffered a shock on
October M, 1962. since which!
time he had been in a helpless'
condition. During his illness'
he received kind care and attention
from his devoted wife
and members of his family.
Mr. Morgan was born in Chateaugay
on April 1. 1881, a son
of the late Henry and Sophia
(Brooks) Morgan. He had always
resided In this town. The
deceased attended the local
schools and for a number of
years had been employed by
the Sheffield Farms Company.
