Go to the Tracing Your Roots in Greene County website http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nygreen2/table_contents.htm and scroll about halfway down the page to the "Search this Site" feature and type in Brandt. You'll find over 70 documents that contain that surname. Enter a first name and click on "Find EXACT phrase" in the drop down menu to narrow your search. If that doesn't turn up the right person, try typing their last name followed by a comma and then their first name, or insert their middle name or initial, because this search engine only turns up exact matches. Play around with alternate spellings of the name, too, such as Brant or Brand as someone may have misread a gravestone or document when they transcribed the information.
