Hello everyone I have gathered links for Oswego County and would like to share them with others. Also, if anyone has any info on the Chapman family that was from Oswego County, please let me know. I have hit a brick wall with my great great grandfather Leander Chapman. I am not able to find his parents or siblings. Leander's son Lorenza aka L.L. Chapman was my great grandfather. Arthur was his son, and Hubert was his son. Hubert is my father who is deceased.
