I'm looking for information on Abijah Adams and his spouse, Submit Cole, listed in the Morrow Co censuses for 1850 and 1860. Abijah was likely a War of 1812 veteran who served from CT or VT and received bounty lands in Morrow Co. Probably moved there aroung 1840. I am trying to tie Abijah with my gggfather, Joseph, and other children of Abijah and Submit. I am fairly certain that one of those children, Hannah, married Martin Brockway as Submit is found living with the Brockways in a later census. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
