I found one tree reference that states he died in France so perhaps he was buried over there. It would seem that if there was a body it would have been shipped home. I did note that on the WWI draft the transcription gives his name as William Haskell Edwards You have probably already check with this site? http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~txcooke/index.html I am not related Regards, Connie
