The only Conrad STEFFY I've seen in PA was from Chester County, PA, the son of Philip STEFFEN, immigrant. Correction: I believe that this Conrad had a son, Conrad, as well, and I've seen a Conrad STIFFEY in western PA. The Chester County group--I think Philip had at least 3 sons (and they served in the Revolution) apparently left there after the Revolution.
