Does anybody know anything about William Stigall, who married Jane C. Sapp 1 Mar 1854 in Fayette Co., IL. They had at least 3 children; Mary, James Buchanan and Mahala. I heard that he died in the Civil War in 1864, but I can't find any record of it.
