According to census records my GGG grand father William Braden was born in Agusta County ,Vir. in 1770.I am searching for his family father ,Mother ??? Brothers ,sisters ?? He moved to Abbeyville ,SC area in late 1780's or 90's met Elizabeth Skelton and married in1798 moved to elbert Cnty. GA ,and then to talladaga ,Cnty. Ala. 1819 and into St. Clair ,Ala. were he died in 1839 . First born was John my GG grandfather. if he followed old English form , that would have been his dads name .
