Real Name For Eva, Raised As A Chadderdon-1890s

I recently learned that the Chadderdon name which my grandmother used was not her birth name, but the name of the family who took her in. Her first name was Eva and the time period the Chadderdon family would have taken her in would have probably been in between the 1890s and early 1900s.
I'd love to find out what her real name was, but probably the only chance I have of doing that is by finding someone who's found a mention of her while they were doing research on a Chadderdon family tree. I "think" the family she lived with may have lived in New York State, and that her birth family had contacted TB and died, but I can't be sure of that. If anyone has found an Eva mentioned as being raised by a Chadderdon family, I'd really appreciate receiving any details there might be.
Thank you.
