Chalfant Reunion at John Chalfant's house c1701

Since 2009 is the 310th Anniversary of the Chalfants arriving to the US on The Canterbury in 1699, would anyone be interested in having a reunion on the property that was their land grant from William Penn, dated 1701?

I own the house that was definitely lived in by John Jr (c 1714) and which is within a 1/2 mile of his brother, Robert Chalfant's home. Both the property John Jr.'s property and Robert's property were part of the original 250 acres. Although John & Ruth Chalfant came on the Canterbury in 1699, I have not been able to establish that they actually lived in this house. Their land grant for the property is from 1701. We have just had one of the logs in the house carbon-dated and it precedes 1701 but we still don't know exactly how old the house is.
