Asahel is in the Gov. John Webster family of Conn. and is listed in Noah Webster genealogy who is my first cousin 6 or 7 times removed. Noah father Noah was the brother of Asahel Webster father Daniel Webster and wife Azubah Judd. Gov. John Webster was one of founders of Hartford but latter move to Hadley Ma.
