Hi Melissa,Sounds like we may well be related.Do you have any dates, places, census info.We have extensive info and we could compare.James Franklin was my grandfather's younger brother.My dad alwayscalled him Uncle Frank. We unfortuneately do not know the names of his children. As a starter you may want to visit the MOGenweb Vernon County Page where I have posted numerous pictures including a wedding pic of Frank and Alice and one of Frank and my grandfather William - plus many other of the families.Once you reach the Vernon County site scroll to near the bottom where you will find Moundville and when you go to the Moundville page you will see Cheek/Tinlin families. We just recently visited the Bushwhacker Museum and have put an album of many pictures and some memorabilia in that facility.Let me know if any of the info on the website ties in with any of yours oris helpful and what other info would be helpful.Anxious to see how this works out.Roger
